Becontree Heath Post Office

Very helpful ladies, good customer service, clean and tidy shop and sells lovely items as well. Highly recommend this branch and will be sending my parcels with them.

Worst Post Office ever. The so-called "manager" has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Currently being pushed back and forth to Royal Mail because 3 parcels went "missing" somewhere, and they still don't take any responsibility, or have a direct line to talk with Royal Mail, everything falls into customer to try to find his own mail? What a huge pile of nonsense.

Put the wrong address (fault on my part) but they weren’t interested although the parcel was still in their possession and were too lazy to search for it and told me to leave even though that meant that I wouldn’t get my parcel back

Lovely ladies working here, I’ve never had any issues and use this post office a lot, especially since the pandemic began. Even though chadwell Heath post office is closed to me, I travel further just to be served and post my items at this branch so that should say something

One old lady today she didn’t was able to copy the post code from my package, she do it wrong. When I was back there to explain she did a mistake, she told me to don’t worry my parcel is fine even if she mistake . I ask her to find my parcel and to try to fix the problem she told me no.. he won't do it . After one hour another Asian lady she help me to find the parcel and she fix it. Now I’m wondering if she is not able to copy from label why she is still there?
