It's really bad. But the best way that they can be kind to you is by being kind to them. That's the only way to make them feel good and reciprocate it back to you

Recently went there to collect BRP card. I am really worried upon seeing the review comments, but interestingly had a good experience there. Currently they are functioning with two counters and they were also fast in addressing the queues. For collecting BRP card, they asked for passport, phone number and current residential address.

Been today to post a signing letter
There is a old man who is very very rude. Very bad customer service.

Staff is rude and not at all friendly, closing down post office 5 minutes before the closing time, very unprofessional staff. Only One or counters in operation and they don't care about the queue and waiting time.

6 tills with only 2 positions open, 1 being travel money. Huge queue, unacceptable for a weekday afternoon when the place should be fully staffed

staff are so good. wouldn't have got my passport without their help and patience. absolutely great customer service and the lady lady R.M is a star!

Went for some paperwork with the DVLA.
The person taking care of my stuff was brilliant, quick, helpful and friendly.
She even helped double checking that everything was correct on the form I brought which has been a different experience to the ones I have had before.

Inconsistent service. Some staff are helpful some just don't want to be there
