The shop (co-op) that contains the Post Office opening hours are correct however the Post Office’s opening hours are actually:-

Mon - Fri: 09:00-17:30
Sat: 09:00-12:30
Sun: Closed

After having a very long and stressful day at work I made my way to the co op post office to return a pair of boots to america that didnt fit me. Not being a regular post office customer i had no clue where to start. The very rude and nasty man behind the counter called me a 'nightmare like most customers' because i was asking for help. He explained where to write the address on the packaging but as it was quite loud in the co op i didnt hear him and asked him to explain again to which he exclaimed 'your not silly are you' and 'please listen more carefully'. I was utterly shocked at the appalling level of customer service shown by this man. It could of been a one off but its not the first time he's been rude to me when i have been in there previously. As a paying customer i should not be spoken to like this. This man clearly has been working there for to long and hates his job.

The guy at the post office is very rude, I think he needs customer service training.

Good post office. Went there today and the woman infront of me decided to wrap her parcel at the counter rather than do it before she got there. I wanted to smack her in the back of the head, socially distanced of course. Bloke working there had more patience than I would have had. 5 stars from me.

Contrary to other reviews, I believe the guy that works there to be incredibly hospitable. I’ve been using this post office for years and never at one point have experienced any negative behaviour from him. Now I’m not sure if I am talking about a different person, which is a possibility, though I think that other reviewers are exaggerating their views. Give the guy there a chance, in reality he’s as sweet as cookies.

Guy at the post office counter is extremely rude and arrogant. Each time I’ve been there, he has the same stinking bad attitude . He either needs customer service training or he needs to look for another job.

Bloke in the post office is genuinely one of the worst people I have ever met, absolutely horrid attitude and he makes me never want to go. I run a small business and he makes it even more difficult.
