Sudbury Town Post Office & Store

WOW! The reviews do NOT lie about this place. I just wanted to simply withdraw some euros but unfortunately had the most rude and irritable man serving me. The guy vaguely asked 'cash or card' to which I thought meant 'would you like euros in cash or as a travel card?', as other post offices seem to ask. I responded with 'cash' as I wanted cash but proceeded to pay by card. He then gave me such unnecessary attitude and repeatedly shouted at me saying 'you should of said you wanted to pay by card!!'. That man obviously requires training and needs to improve his communicational and customer service skills. I can't imagine how many other people he speaks like that to.

Sudbury town post office: are you guys in need of more money???
Be honest, give customer services. Get some skills. I can see staff gets changed as I change my own socks. This shows how serious you are.

Have posted 2 parcels 1st class signed for.
Never arrived to my friends. 10 days after being dispatched, tracking says: Accepted at Post Office, and no other details. Looks like parcels never left the post office. I understand 1 parcel, but 2 parcels posted same time ???

Great customer service. I always prefer to go there for my DVLA service, sending parcel, MoneyGram.
They always help me out.

Worst post office in Sudbury Town refused to send my first class standard post few of them. Too lazy to give me proof posting simply said I will give you first class stamp you drop it outside collection box and forced me send through signed for service. I have already reported to Royal mail about this incident. Hope the post office business should be close soon.

I been to their ti apply for driving license and the services which I received was amazing. They help me to fill the form , check my application and help me to send it with fast service.
I m pleased with services and smile on their faces.

Staff is very helpful with exposing parcel services and all my parcels delivered before time
