Brent Park Post Office

The blond woman is terrible. She has no knowledge about her job yet she thinks she knows or that she is the boss of that place, always creates issues! I like all the other staffs, lucky I don’t get to see her very often!

Located at the front (all the way to the left as you enter) of the Brent Tesco Extra, just off of the Northern Circular A406. Excellent service from knowledgeable agent. I observed several more complex transactions before mine (licensing, gas meter). Very patient with explanations suited to the customers. Best hours for any Post Office (8:00 to 20:00 M to Sat, 11:00 to 17:00 Sunday).

Every time I come in, there is always a queue of around 7+ people with a wait time on average of about 15 minutes. In addition to this, there is always a maximum of 2 staff members at the counter out of a possible 4. This branch needs to seriously evaluate its busiest times in order to efficiently serve its waiting customers. However, having said this, I am rating them 3 stars at least. This is because after waiting for quite a while, the customer service is quite good nonetheless.

Very slow service. Zero customer orientation. After 20 minutes queueing, you try to return the parcel which takes 1 minutes scanning a bar code and despite the queue being extremely slow, the TESCO personnel would not be understanding at all and would shut down.

Good post office, but I don't recommend visiting after 5pm as it can get very busy with waiting lines extending up to the main entrance at the very worst. Should open more boxes up during the busy periods.

Trash service. Changed their hours but didn't update it. Wasted a trip to here for nothing. Don't recommend.

Terrible service.

Extremely long queues with terribly slow staff! They should all be swapped with a new and more efficiently trained team.

They will always try and give you the most expensive postage options! Do not fall for this trick.

Remember, if your parcel is over 2KG. You should use Parcel Force! It’ll be half the price of Royal Mail, will include tracking and signature too!
