Chaseville Parade Post Office

This Post Office doesn't even deserve one star. Avoid at all costs, you have been warned.
The man behind the counter is very very aggressive and rude if you ask any questions at all. I get the feeling it's because he is trying to rip you off, so he gets very defensive when you ask innocent questions.
Customer service is non existent and the Post Office is often closed when he goes to lunch. Tough luck if you've travelled there!
I am genuinely astonished they are still open. Again, avoid at all costs.

Non existent customer service, man behind counter used these very words "get out of the shop!" Because he wanted to make a phone call, post office always close, I regret sending my parcel there avoid at all costs.

Very rude and lazy staff, not giving attention to customer . Been there on a Saturday morning and the post office was close, her answer was that the post office is close every Saturday. But basically is not what Google says.

I don’t want to be a total Karen about it but this place is awful. On several occasions now, I have delayed going into work in order to post something at the ridiculously late opening times, only to arrive and be told ‘sorry Post Office not open yet’… basically because the guy can’t be bothered to get out of bed and open up on time. Looking at the reviews this is a common experience. Not acceptable. Post Office really need to step in and remove their franchise 👎🏼

The owners should look for other jobs immediately. Only ever go here as a LAST resort. The guy behind the counter is forever on the phone to India, outside smoking or busy NOT serving customers. Hes rude, obnoxious and hideously incompetent. Said individual lies to customers' faces and he seems apparently surprised that as a Post Office - he needs to store parcels waiting to be collected.
He obviously thinks hes smart. I wonder if they'll think similarly when he looses his Post Office contract? Afterall, who else goes there for ANYTHING other than that? The shop is worse than a dollar-store - cheap, nasty, dirty... and dont even get me started on the items available to purchase... lol.

Sanjay is the rudest person you will ever see in this post office, shouts and screams at customers and refuses people service when it’s not convenient for him - avoid this place there are many other locations

I’ve had the worst experience here !! Not happy at all . I definitely think they should have there license taken away. I would avoid this disloyal , rude , thievish place. The man with the beard took my parcel and I know it . Very rude to customers, doesn’t care about your parcel. If I could put 0 star I would. Stay away .

I went there today, was in the queue around 5 min and the staff was ignoring me…
When I asked how long will take to someone help me, one rude man said: 10 min!!!!
Why He doesn’t said before?
My post will only take less than 1 minute to do, and He left me there waiting… for nothing…
