Tilbury Post Office

I requested my big parcel to be redelivered to Tilbury post office for a small fee. A lady called Sharon signed for it. I went to the post office 3 times. A member of stuff was very helpful, I wish I could have asked for his name. The parcel was not found. Only because it is with y traking number we were able to find that was returned to Grays delivery office. What is the point of ordering online when you have to go to the post office 3 times and leave work much earlier than usual, in order to be there before 17.30 pm. With respect and appreciation for people who really do their job properly. Except this lady Sharon- irresponsible and not professional.

When you turn up 2 minutes before closing time. You do not expect to see the staff outside closing up early. And to top it off, you then do nor expect to get abuse from the staff when you ask why they are closing early. If you don't like the job you are doing please quit. Do not take out on the customer because you are lazy!

Excellent post office!! I've lived in a lot of areas and this post office has been the best of all of them thus far. It recently changed hands, and the new owners' hard work has 100% shaken off the negative experience I had from the previous ones.
Staff are helpful, kind, and speedy! Would 100% recommend to anyone, and everyone!

Most times the queue is very long, not withstanding though the staff are quite happy to help & patient to explain things correctly. The Asian lady Shakila served me & I'm very delighted with the quality of service + promptness.

Quick and excellent. I had to post some docs urgently whilst I was driving back home. It was almost their closing time, however the staff was patient, courteous and very helpful to provide adequate packaging and process my package through the system. Thank you.

Due to Covid-19 they only allow 2 customers in the post office at anytime. Either the customers and staff can't count or don't care. Often people not wearing masks standing next to each other. Have mentioned it to the staff and manager yet nothing is done. Queened outside today 3 people came out and still 5 people inside so I walked away.

The staff and post master is very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable.
Very good customer service. I appreciate the knowledge and advice given by staff.
