New Barnet Post Office

These people do not understand the concept of running a post office or any type of business for that matter.

They lost quite a few of my items, which is quite questionabe. I tried to communicate with them to find out where my items were and to try get some kind of conclusion but as always they were unwilling to help.

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else if you want a decent and professional postal service.

Such friendly staff and totally on the ball ( unlike quite a few post offices I have been to)
I have been using the drop and go system for the last 5 years and it is always a joy to go into this post office.Trust worthy, calm, patient and they get it right. Easy parking is definitely a bonus! I highly recommend using this post office.

Very rude man at this post office. More interested in hoovering the floor than serving customers. Done use.

Extremely courteous staff will always welcome you with a smile on their kind faces. I cannot thank enough the lovely lady who kindly helped me with my parcel the other day. She even gifted me with one free parcel envelope. Thanks!!

The post is very busy but there is only one person to do the work and the queue is long and things are slow and it's terrible

I have been going to this post office and shop for over two years and had always a good customer service experience with their staff. They were friendly to me and patient with questions regarding postage and advised me well. Even during the difficult time of lockdown with longer queues during the reduced hours.

DO NOT GO HERE, LOST MY PACKAGE lost my package and refused to stamp my proof of postage for some reason even though every other post office is able to do this. Must be some special post office. You only need to look at the replies to other peoples reviews here to see what kind of people run this place, cost me 150£
Edit: sadly I am not mistaken, I am talking about the post office with coordinates (51.6496296, -0.1707337), hopefully this is specific enough for you to not deflect criticism by pretending I’m confused. The Indian lady at the post office counter refused to stamp my proof is postage letter and said to go elsewhere because you don’t do it here.

Worst post office in this place ever.
Lazy,old ,tired,grumpy staff,finding excuses, to not accepting packages (liar), because u paying online.
