Leytonstone Post Office

Well. This is leytonsone post office. Where usually it's busy. I am not happy with the service most of the time. Rude, not respectful staff. Sometimes the staff is talking with someone in front of you and can wait and wait and wait to be served. Far away from a good customer service...hope some of the management will read this and change the staff, or at least their attitude ...

Very quick and efficient service. The man at the counter let me know how much it would cost to post each of my parcels beforehand and it was what I was expecting, so I'm not sure why people are complaining about upselling. I post a lot of things as part of my small business and this was the quickest trip to the post office I've had in a long time! It's also in a very convenient location so I can pop in after work.

I visit this Post Office perhaps on a weekly basis, sometimes more then that, everyone working is helpful and I always get the service I want and things sorted out swiftly and professionally. People commenting on rudeness of the staff should give them a break. From what I've seen countless times, the rudeness always comes from the customers.

Only used this place for the first time today but it seemed perfectly fine to me, against my expectations based on the existing negative reviews. To the person who wrote "They do not accept contactless payments or any Mastercard even by chip and pin", this wasn't the case today as I paid using a contactless Mastercard debit card.

The woman with the light blonde hair at the till was very rude. She kept walking around when we was trying to order. It wasn't very welcoming. The food and coffee were good however, and the other worker who had shoulder length darker blonde hair was very nice.

Generally, the post office is fine, but there's one younger girl there who can be quite rude and wouldn't let me finish my sentence one time.

Service was great, but the millions of tiny maggots and seeing a guys hands fall off. Simply not for me.

I sent a lot of parcels through the post office in various locations 3 or 4 times a week and every time when I come to this place I get stressed. Rude staff that will rarely help you. I try to avoid this place, it's getting worse and worse here. (Expect the woman in cashier nember five she's helpful)
