Lancing Post Office

Staff are very helpful and cheerful, I use this branch a lot to post parcels,letters and books I sell through Amazon and will have to stop selling if this branch closes as it is within walking distance and the cost of petrol on top of postage to use another branch would not make it worthwhile. This office is the lifeblood of the village and is always busy, it would be crazy to close it.

It's one of two Post Offices close to Brighton and Hove that offers Biometric Enrolment service, basically most people have to travel quite far to get here for this purpose - on the day I visited the service was not being offered because "person who does it is not here come back tomorrow". Unacceptable because Biometric Enrolment is time sensitive and there's not many places that offer it.

wanted to send a parcel abroad and have it covered up to £100, the man behind the counter gave me a price of £10.60 then it jumped up to £35 then it went back to £10.60 and his colleague then told me she could do it for £13. The man refused to let her help me and was getting all irate and confused the more I asked how they could come up with so many different prices. In the end I asked for my parcel back and went elsewhere and paid £10 - £25 cheaper than they wanted to charge me. First and last time I will ever use this Post Office!!!!!!!

Visited the Post office to post off a package using a QR Code. The lady behind the counter (not Caroline) was so hostile and unhelpful. I explained her attitude was stressing me out and I have a heart condition to which she said I DONT CARE.
If I use the post office again and she is working I will leave it to another day. Her attititude stunk. If you have got out of bed the wrong side don't take it out on your customers.

Disgusting and horrible I was asked for personal information just for a driving licence form when I said I didn't want to say and it is personal the woman behind the post office screen went of on one resulted in me walking out without the form I needed it only has 1 star as its the only way you can leave a comment so ignore the 1 star I rate this post office 0 stars and avoid it if you can

Nathan, the young retail assistant is an asset to the post office. Extremely polite and went above and beyond to help with my many questions. He was professional in everyway and for such a young man to be so helpful is rare these days..

Literally the worst service I've ever experienced. While I appreciate that there was a lot of confusion regarding my fathers return, the lady in the back was totally unhelpful... wouldn't recommend

If i could give 0 stars i would , i DO NOT recomend this post office to any one , very unhelpful and extreamly Rude im still in shock the way i was spoken to today by the 2 older ladys working in there . Absolutely discusting
