Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We sent a large and heavy suitcase to Australia in between flying in and out of Gatwick. Thanks so much for your help, it arrived on time!

After standing patiently in the queue for fifteen minutes and letting several customers with smaller amounts of post to send skip in front of us, we got to the front of the line. The manager then put up a sign saying position closed. So we went to the other cashier who didn't seem like he had ever seen more than 50 envelopes in one go before. The manager then came over and told us that we couldn't send our mail and told us to go away. He wanted to be at home at 5:30pm he told us. The website says the branch closes at 5:30pm but it is still only 5:13pm. The manager the proceeds to get very shirty with us and refuses to send a single package for us despite me asking of we can just send as many as we can until it's no longer possible. I feel his refusal to let me use this service is quite disgraceful and as such I will be setting up an account with another company. Two days in a row in Horley we've been refused Post Office service by branch staff. This is now effecting our own customer reviews by people who have paid for and expecting their orders by now. This has tarnished the launch of our product. Absolutely disgraced at the attitude of the manager. As soon as we walked away he opened the position again. I very much he would have done this to a little old lady.

Atrocious appalling service. Rude unhelpful staff who cannot carry out a simple task. This on top of waiting 30 mins for service. Two members of staff one of which remained in back office even though her colleague was doing a very slow passport check. Middle of day I saw two people leave the queue and was part of a sixteen person queue!!!!. Absolutely awful

After a very long wait because their card machines kept going wrong, at 5.25 I was told they couldn't serve me because they shut at 5.30. They have changed their hours apparently. However when they close the lady in the main shop opens a little post office and she is always helpful and friendly.

Worst customer service there 😤Opening time saying 07:30-18:00 on Wednesday I went there at 17:10 to do ID verification and rude Asian women working on the counter didn’t want serving me telling me that they are close and I have to come next day. Try it to explain that Id verification is really important to do it that day and politely asked Her to help me out but she Didn’t. Telling me that the post office they have wrong opening hours and they need to update it 🤯

Website states 7.30am opening - on arrival at the post office the sign in the window clearly shows open at 9am mon-fri - complete wasted journey.

Posted a gift to a friend nearly three weeks ago, first class. She has not received it. It seems to have vanished. No one else in the queue when I got there, one staff member didn't notice me to begin with as too busy flicking elastic bands at another staff member. Also the post office should be open at 9.00 am. They are never open at that time, you can queue up to 15 minutes while the staff can be out the back standing there, not really in any hurry to open, then coming out to the counter getting the cash out etc. I'm pretty sure that should be done and ready, to actually open at 9.00am.

The post office females are very very rude. They don’t even smile or greet you nicely. Nothing nice about them at all. The people who work in the main shop joined to it are absolutely amazing though. So that’s the only reason I go in. The girls in the post office could learn so much from the family who run the main shop!
