Best Post Office around! Staff are always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.My wife has a ebay business, which means alot of parcels pass though here, we use the ' Pre pay card', which is brilliant!. Redditch is a shining example of how Post Offices should be run. Can't praise them enough!

Thank you to the very kind member of the counter staff who helped me to apply for my new passport last Saturday. He fitted me in at the end of the morning and my new passport arrived on Thursday. Great service !
