Had a large parcel and had finished work early to drop it off. This would not have happened at the old Post Office. Seemed totally disorganised and uninterested.

Shockingly incompetent staff. I mean utterly abysmal. I thought they might get better over time having just taken over the village Post Office but the service just gets worse. Go anywhere else but here.
