Staff always polite when I use the shop.
newsagents that have all the national papers and the Ipswich star.

Takes a while to warm up but funny when they do. Straight to the point and no messing around. No standing around while customers chat about their day. Have all the answers when needed. What more do you want. Excellent at discovering trends with my business.

I love this post office. Staff very helpful and to the point. Saved me heaps of time and money by telling me about drop and go service. Early opening a real bonus as can get parcels dropped off before work. Best post office in Ipswich in my opinion.

Horrendous service - very rude and totally unhelpful. Go to Dales Road instead - it's open longer, better stocked and the staff are very friendly and helpful
