Towcester Post Office

Such horrible people, turned me away after I let someone go in front of me to be nice. Said she couldn't create the labels and I would have to do it at home. So I went home, created an online account, paid for and printed my labels myself, then took the parcels back to the post office only to be told they can't accept them there.

Worst kind of people ever, so rude, impolite, nasty, vulgar.

Fire the staff immediately

I always find the staff pleasant in a very busy post office. Keep trying your best ladies

Awful service won't help you in the slightest. My parcel was marked as delivered but I never received and when I went to try to see if they have it they didn't help me one bit. The woman who I spoke to was condescending and rude.

Postal delivery person rammed all of my post through the letter box causing my post/DVD to become jammed. I managed to speak to the delivery person and I told him what happened. He found this to be very funny. I tried numerous times to ring the Towcester branch but no-one answered even though the branch is still open.

This branch epitomises poor customer service, each time I go into this branch I come out in a raging mood. I’ve never been met by such rude unhelpful people in any type of business in my lifetime. A few months ago, the branch lost a package of mine and refused to help look for it or even speak to me about it. Today I was trying to complete a large cash withdrawal, which was setup and authorised by Santander- whilst I was on the phone to Santander the cashier refused to engage with the bank and turned me away. It’s the two women in this branch take pride in being unhelpful. There are so many poor reviews about this branch, I’m amazed that head office don’t delve deeper.

Had email to say parcel was ready for collection, teller insisted it wasn't there, but would be the following day, double checked the tracking information which confirmed parcel had been there for 2 days, returned later that day ( a 20 mile round trip) and parcel had been there all the time. Teller seemed completly uninterested in locating my parcel, awful service.
