Weybridge Post Office

I’ve experienced exceptional service from this post office since moving to the area in 2020. Always friendly, and forever helpful. They’ve also supplied and assisted me with completing various forms. Well done guys, keep it up.

Always amazing service given here. The queues may sometimes be long but you will always receive the highest level of service and options here. The team are so friendly and knowledgeable.

Selva and his friendly team at Weybridge Post Office make going in and standing in a queue a real pleasure. All of them go above and beyond to offer a professional service and make sure their customers are given the most cost effective options possible. I like this post office but they always try and upsell you! I shouldn't have enter a negotiation to send a parcel. make sure you keep pushing them down through the services otherwise you will end up paying too much for a service you might not need

They always try to sell you postage higher than you actually need/requested.
Check online cost b4 you go (allow a few pence more as not online though)
My tracked 48 online cost £3.30 but can't drop at post office. Weybridge wanted to charge over £7.... I questioned it and was then told £3.45 ??

The only Post Office I use in this area. The staff are always really helpful and make sure I have the best posting option for my needs. Highly recommended. Thank you.

It’s really time for the rude Indian old man to retire or get moved to a position that is not customer facing and does not need any common sense! The level of arrogance and incompetence from this one person, is eye watering! If he works any slower he might reach retirement next week! Is this what Royal Mail customer service has fallen to?
