Sutton-in-Ashfield Post Office

This is a very fast service clean and efficient but always helpful with a smile to. Based inside ASDA, makes this post office very convenient.

As a service ,it gets the job done but there is a serious problem with the staff/customer service and this is right across the board. Tired uncaring attitude and no smiles . Just look very oppressed .

Always been helpful to me when used this post office.only thing I would say is it took a lot to get a word out of the person serving me as I did say "hello u ok"to which I didn't get a reply.put maybe it was just one of them days lol

Absolutely APPALLING service. My husband need to renew his driving licence being over 70. The assistant stated she had not been trained to do this and told him to go to the photo booth, she then issued him with a passport renewal form, DISGRACEFUL. If I could have rated No stars I would have

Every time I go to this post office I am made to feel uncomfortable by the staff, there is one lady in particular who is completely miserable and treats people with no respect and little patience. I am an efficient customer as I have lots to post at my local branch where I have no issues, but whenever I go to this post office the lack of customer service is appalling! Long queues too.

Ignorent try and smile sometimes, half of the time they don't want to talk or help you solve things, a lot of time they tell you they can't do it at post office, and tell you to go on Internet and apply, when you have already clearly checked it can be done at the post office, even when taxing a vehicle, when a pensioner needs to tax a car they say they can't do it, even when photos have been taken of the paperwork needed for the car tax and its all correct, they still say they can't do it,, a joke,

They lost my bank cheque that I deposited at this post office 10 days ago ... and worst they could not help me track it or tell me what happened to it!!!
TOO BAD!!!
