Byfleet Post Office

Thought it would be a quick trip before work to collect a parcel as i work 9 -7.30pm. Only time i could go until following by which time parcel would have been sent back to sender. Didn't serve me until 9.30 and supposed to open at 9. Could see I was in a hurry by now but continued to faff around instead of serving someone who was already waiting for 30mins. In the end I had to say something only then did they do something. Lazy late running post office. Unfortunately it's the local one parcel force use.

Service was friendly at the Byfleet branch but given how much Royal Mail has fallen behind competition re posting parcels, doubt will use again unless really have to. Royal Mail pricing is so complicated and really uncompetitive. Cost me 3 times the price vs same service from Hermes or UPS.

Poor service! i've tried to post a parcel to France as fast as possible (next day deliver) the Man behind the counter took my payment first then informed me that the parcel will be arriving in 4 to 5 days, after I asked for a refund he denied it saying I've already paid for the service.

I did try to explain to him that the service i paid for is not provided, he simply kept my receipt and said that if I think I can get a refund i was wrong.
Very poor and uninformative customer service.

Lovely people. Knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Difficult to fault the service. Only problem is the wood yard next door since they block the parking and make a mess of the pavement. A totally inappropriate location for such an operation and the people who work there are objectionable.

The lady was helpful in assisting me with packaging my parcels. Going out of her way to help me find something to package them with.

My parcel was delivered to this address for puck up purposes. They gave my parcel to a stranger. They supposedly need a signature and ID check and they didn't do that. Now I have formally complained to Royal Post office and they will investigate this and hopefully this post office manager will receive a penalty. Do not use this post office for pick up they will give away your par el to strangers.

Absolutely shocking service. Incredibly rude lady at post office. Never again.

I would not even give 1 ⭐. Very rude and very poor service. Never again
