Chessington Post Office

Great service, helpful and very friendly. Met me with a smile. Not like north parade awful staff make you think that you 've ruined their bloody day by just showing up!

Great service. Very helpful. Even looked up postcode for me when I was trying to send something recorded delivery (and I had written wrong postcode).

Staff and customer service done right and from my numerous experiences, I've not had anything close to a bad experience and that statistically over nearly a decade of using this service, is beyond impressive. Everybody has a bad day, but not encoutered one here and on the contrary, always been that extra mile in assistance and with that, bravo from me.

Post office guy is miserable and ignorant, i had a pre-paid label printed from eBay to return a item. He was tape measuring the item and weighing it trying his best to charge me more.

The worst staff and the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Extremely rude people!!! Avoid this post office as much as you can! I left the post office in tears after how rudely I was spoken to.

Rude ignorant postmaster there is a sign saying rudeness and abuse to staff will not be tolerated I agree but this sign should work both ways.I will try not to use this post office again but I’m guessing that’s that’s what he wants. Rude officious little man

Atrocious. I now avoid this PO entirely. The main chap who is at the counter usually is super-officious and will try ANYTHING to stop you sending things in the most economical way.... Large letter you say? No chance. That will be a small parcel thanks. I am very careful packing my things at home and even have the measuring devices. The ladies are loads better but I just can't bear the counter staff roulette so go elsewhere. Also prone to very long queues at lunchtime.

I use this post office regularly. The staff are lovely and very quick at serving
