Bedminster Victoria Park Post Office

Worst place ever!
Blonde women is so rude and told me to leave.
First time giving a parcel over to send back to the sender and she took of me and said itl be a couple of days. She didn’t give me a receipt I didn’t know I had to have one. My sender has not received it and asked for proof of postage so I went back to post office and she refused to give me any type of proof that i gave it to her and told me to leave without anything saying it’s my fault. Now I can’t get my refund back because of her. She was so rude and miserable. Never again.

I don't understand the bad comments. The staff has always been nice to me and professional... Really happy with this post office.

Really rude customer service at the post office a couple of times. Hate going in here and try and avoid it. The staff in the shop seem fine.

Horrendous post office. The blonde woman is so rude and incompetent. She doesn’t move with any haste and her customer service skills are awful. Avoid this rubbish postal service.

Visited this Post office recently and was very pleased with the very good service and friendly staff,the building has had a refit and it's a very nice place it's also a convenience store which is well stocked,it so refreshing to meet with nice people and I can recommend this it's great

Disgusting customer service.
Went in to send a parcel abroad before Christmas, the indian woman who served me was on the phone with someone arguing about her carpets. She didn’t pay any attention to what i was asking her, i paid £40 for my parcel delivery and it took 2 months to be delivered she didn’t gave me any tracking options or anything. Both times that i went to this post office i was treated badly so i will recommend to all GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Post office lady took my parcel off me before their official opening time, she didn't have to do that and it saved me carrying it around on my walk. Guy was friendly too. Looked a good store.
