Church Road Post Office

Passport photo machine swallowed £16 and the post office claimed no responsibility.

Asked for a proof of postage owner started to shout! Went to another post office gave me proof of postage without asking!!

Im sorry,but the service i got on the 13th July was the worst I had in a long time. I have told the lady that i needed this package to be delivered asap and signed for. The lady was more interested in answering on her WhatsApp messages than talking to me and every time she spoke she was yawning and checking her phone again. Really disappointed, my parcel still haven't arrived.

Never had a problem with any of the staff here they're always very polite and helpful and I use this post office regularly to send parcels to family in Thailand.

Please be careful. There are two Sri Lankan lady working there. They come late for work and when you are waiting and when you ask they say mind your business. After coming they behave like nothing happened. One lady couldn’t sent my courier properly. My item came back two times. When I asked for do manually she says too much work. When ask for take a print out they say not working. Very rude both of them. One cover the other. Please be careful all mafia.

Rude staff at the desk (not the one as the travel desk, the other one)

Today I been to this post office and served by two Asian women,their attitude was terrible they were so grumpy and moody.I don't know why they didn't get fired after so many negative reviews here.

One worker in particular, Asian woman with shoulder length hair, she needs to leave her terrible attitude at home and learn how to do her job. She works in a Post Office but seems to think she's better than everyone. Simply asking for a receipt is enough to trigger her, I'd rather go elsewhere for my Postal needs.
