I agree with the reviewers who have posted all the good comments about the staff at this post office. They really worth these positive comments. I personally found them very helpful and professional. Mr. Govinder helped me to save some money by giving good advise which I really didn't expect. On the same day I saw one of the customer was being very rude to him unnecessarily but he handled the situation very nicely. I prefer this post office and recommend it to others too.

So far, the best post office I dealt with in my life in UK. It's been already 4/5 times I had to go there, and every time with some complicated things to do. The staff is always incredibly helpful and clear in explaining what's required and what are the costs. I'll be back here even when I move. Thank you!

One of the best post offices I have ever been to! The staff are incredibly friendly, and so helpful! I was sending a package to a friend in America and the guy was very kind in helping me get the correct box so postage didn’t cost me the earth. Always a delight to go in there and will be coming more often for sure!

Been to many post offices were service was poor but this one is quite something, staff try to belittle you and talk in a condescending way, not even try to listen and act rude, the guy behind the counter was so unhelpful and told me to try other post offices as they might have different rules to him, even though i had all my documents as it suggested on post office website. I guess when they feel like it they just change the rules base on their mood. Report my experience with Post office and they said they would investigate why he was asking for non required documents on the day. I would avoid this one if I can. Try post office branch down the road.

I have been going to this post office for a number of Years. The members of staff there are always cordial and extremely helpful. Recently, I had posted a parcel abroad but unfortunately had lost the receipt. The post master was, very helpful and did his best to trace the parcel for me although this was not his responsibility. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

I had an issue with a parcel over Christmas and Govinder could not have been more helpful in making sure that my parcel arrived safely to it's destination. He went above and beyond at a very busy time of the year.

Have always had excellent service but it makes my day when the lovely young man speaks so eloquently and respectful I work in retail and it's usually the customers who are twits well done to you. Keep up the excellent service you deserve a reward👍

While at the post office today, the young man named Juskaran who was supposed to be helping me spoke aggressively and verbally abusively to me for no reason. I asked if I could pay for everything in one card payment and responded no aggressively. He then proceeded to tell me about an incident earlier that morning with a customer who stole tape and yelled profanities at him. All the while I was waiting to pay. I suggested it would be easier in the future for customers to only have to pay once. He responded "I'm not going to listen to you". He then said three times are you trying to argue? I responded no and said it would be helpful in the future if they could do that since I have to create separate invoices for each receipt. He responded "It would be easier for YOU. Not ME!". I own a successful business and if a customer asks for something and it's in my power to do it I always try to. And I certainly don't yell at them in front of a line of people. I asked him not to speak that way to me and he rolled his eyes and continued insulting me. The entire interaction was very unprofessional. Taking anger at client out on a new customer is a great way to lose business.
