London Road Post Office

I Looked up the opening times and had to laugh at some of these reviews. I use this post office for work all of the time, the staff are polite and friendly. Use some common sense, this is only a small post office counter and as such cannot provide a full range of services that you might find at other larger Post Office main branches - as for being open on a Sunday. i don't think any Post Office counter in the country would be!

Awful customer service by owner sanjay.
On many occasions he is being very rude.
One particular time when I was 7 months pregnant post office was shut for lunch hour. No information online or in the shop about opening hours or lunch hours.
He did not let me wait inside the shop by the post office counter although it was very hot outside and I was heavily pregnant.

Absolutely Disgusting

The owner is absolutely awful and rude. He has the only post office in the area so we are forced to his rudeness and arrogance. He opens and closes the post office whenever suits him without making official announcements.
I have experienced him being rude not to only me for no reason but also to most of the customers openly.
If you drive, head to South Ockendon and avoid him ruining your day.
To the owner: I hope another off-licence with Post office duties opens in vicinity so you can take your sense of entitlement where else.

Rude doesn't even describe the owner sanjay, he's just pathetic.
I was refused service for using 'wrong' envelope.
He must be very sad sitting all day in the shop all his life and has nothing to do but be rude to people.
As I was out the door he shouted 'f... off' in front of people. I did not argue when I was refused to be served, I simply left. Maybe he wanted reaction. I am calm person to raise up to this pathetic reaction.
Reviews show he is just too rude to customers and staff.

Excellent service. The Post Master when out of his way to help me with my 7 packages. He even taped up a couple that needed so extra attention. I'd definitely use this post Office again.

Been there a few times and service was always good.
Sometimes it might get a little busy but u can see they are trying their best to serve everyone asap.

This is the 2nd year running that I’ve used this post office for a large business postal delivery. Sanjay has been incredible I couldn’t ask for a better service, I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
