Poor customer service
Very very very slow staff
There was only 1 till serving and a long queue and she was serving 1 customer in 10-15 . The other lady was moving here and there. I asked the other lady to help me but she refused saying that i will be served by the only till but later on started serving people after half an hour realising the queue is moving very very slowly.
I think they need to hire some young and energetic people

If i could give zero stars i would.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I came to buy an envelope and a stamp. Asked a member of staff (Latisha 11:50 13th July) for help to get the right stamp at the self checkout, she was very rude demanding me to pay for the envelope first!! The queue was very long for the tills and since i have a 5weeks baby with me I thought I'll get the stamp from self checkouts and then decide if i will queue for the envelope. I explained to her that I'd like to get the stamp first and then decide if i will be buying the envelope.
She said i was being 'cheeky'!!! And she won't serve me. Zero Customer Service skills at this branch.

The staff are so friendly and helpful.
Even this morning on strike day ,one lady working alone,couldn't do enough for you and smiled and remained cheerful, even though she knew the queue was out the door!

Always understaffed hence the long queue EVERYTIME. The staff won't even smile like they're not dealing with human beings. I understand they may be tired but I am an employee myself and hundred per cent I get more exhausted from my workplace than them yet I manage to communicate with people around me like a normal person. Very unsatisfied, so 1 star for poor service.

The worst post office service I have ever had to use, always manned by only two people. One person sits by the self service stations which are also abysmal and always breaking down. Forcing people to use the outdated self service machine takes even longer, what might be 2 min job takes 20 minutes. The absolute worse. Sometimes the queue extends outside of the store.

Very rude costumer service, specially lady behind the counter ( I reckon manager or supervisor) how our live can be nice when People who served us knowing what it means „human being” Im working personalny as a costumer service and the best feeling is satisfying and help other people so shame head office don’t do anything about it!
Maybe is time go higher like BBC !

Insufferablely slow, poor quality service. They have served 1 person in the last 20 minutes. They have a self service station that the single customer service assistant is constantly leaving the counter to spend several minutes tending to. What is the point of that? Absolutely shocking. No concept of urgency whatsoever. Then they look at the length of the queue like it's our fault. Absolutely shocking, slow and lazy service.

The worst place ever the staff are very frustrated due to a big number of customers with about two to three customer carers. I don’t know why they do not recruit more stuff members. I have experienced the worst ever today
