Saffron Lane Post Office

The post office is only about one third of the premises. It is within the Select Off licence and general store.The place is clean well stocked and reasonably priced. I regularly visit the post office part to post parcels. There is usually never much of a queue. The staff are great nothing is too much trouble. One of the staff members went out of her way to help me today. Her advice resulted in me saving a large sum of money on postage. I remain a committed customer

My wife had to renew her driving license and she wanted to get the application checked over and get a postal order. The gentleman who served her Pradeep was extremely helpful and couldn't fault the service in any way shape or form. Went to WHSmith yesterday and they did not know how to communicate with one another and made me wait over half an hour only to be told that I needed to complete a form and send it off! Thank you Pradeep for the amazing service!

Amazing shop, has all the essential. Staff are lovely. It does have a really good post office too which is a bonus.

You can top up electric/gas but they only except cash not card
If you shop you must spend over £5 when using card

I always try to use this post office despite it not being my local. That is simply due to the staff here as no matter how busy they are they are always polite, courteous and welcoming. Thank you for always doing such a great job

Great service. Very helpful and friendly. I like the fact that the door opens automatically. Very useful when carrying multiple parcels and the current Covid means no touching of handles.
