Very unhelpful staff. I had my parcel redelivered here and it was not available when i went to collect it as per email. The staff would not even give me a phone number for inquiries and asked me to step out of the way so that we they can serve another customer. I would not recommend this postal service at all.

The employee of the Claygate Post office branch threatened me over the phone and shouted that he did not care where my parcel was. I called today to find out if it was delivered there as a result of a mix up with the address . The staff member who introduced himself as Peush told me he did not provide such service and then proceeded to threaten me, saying that he knows my voice now and if I call again he would not help me! He screamed several times repeating that he did not care what happened to my parcel! I have now logged in an official complaint with the Royal Mail as such behavior is totally unacceptable and illegal.
