Waltham On The Wolds Post Office

Not sure if the bloke who served me is the boss or just works there but he needs to learn how to smile! 3 times I've been in there and he hardly says anything, not very polite atall wont be going there again!

The bloke who does the Post Office section is both rude, miserable and regularly attempts to over charge for my parcels. I watched him belittle a poor lady who did not have a QR code on their box for free postage. Rather than scan the QR code off her phone or print for her, she was forced to drive home. You could see the smile on his face as she left. The shop itself is very handy for the village, and has decent stuff in there. The lady is friendly and helpful, the opposite of him. Sadly because of the bloke in the post office I will go out of my way and use Melton Mowbray Spar where you are made to feel welcome.

Basic store, but would be lost without it
Look after the locals.

Great shop. Very helpful. Guy that runs it is the best. Doesn’t pander to arrogant aloft people either. 👍
