Prestwick Road Post Office

Walked to PO in the rain to pick up a package during open hours according to this info (open until 3 on Sat) But PO was locked up tight CLOSED before 2pm.

Staff are clueless and slow. Plus they close whoever they like. poorly stocked and Worst post office I have ever been in

Although there is nothing wrong with cashiers, it’s the queue management which is really bad. Sometimes there is only one till open and queue goes outside the shop. In cold or raining, it’s the branch I avoid and I go extra miles to all other branch who manages the queue better. They seriously need to manage the queue with arrows inside the shop or else it’s not nice to wait outside for 15-20 mins in cold especially when there is nearby parking!

Friday staff and very helpful and kind.

Great for paying in money and withdrawing, also paying bills and topping up gas and electricity card/key. Friendly staff.
