Longfield Post Office

Very rude man.
Opening hours are helpful due to me working but the first time I went there it was to return an Amazon parcel using a QR code he complained the entire time about having to scan the code.
I had to go a second time the following week and he refused to accept the parcel from Amazon as it was a battery operated device even though he was cleared to take it.
3rd visit he didn't even acknowledge me and put the closed sign up in the small window and walked away!!!!

Only used a few times but always go here to avoid the queue's in my local village PO, staff always very pleasant and it's easy to park. Very convenient opening times as well.

This place is awful for two very old people they are very rude, don't bother if you can go to the post office in Hartley, they are so nice and helpful, i have to drive to get there but its worth it, these two in McColl's are biggots! I've been 3 times and I have been insulted every time now, i refuse to go there, trust me its that bad! you'll wait up to 20 mins to be served. Hartley post office is the best

Second time I visited the post office and again I was appalled by the rudeness and the poor customer service - from the manager Philip! Unhelpful, rude, unwilling to help and made a rude comment to me after I yawn underneath my mask asking me "is it that bad??? What is your excuse?" I will never set foot on that McColl's shop again. With so many other retails available, why to?

Only visited this establishment twice. The first time the lady was very rude to me and the second time the man was! My advice would be to go up to Hartley post office, the lady is always very nice and helpful

When they closed the post office why did they even bother opening this, it is to small to take anything, you stand for 30 minutes to get your stuff posted, just don't even bother using this.
