Henleaze Post Office

Fantastic experience and very helpful staff. We went in with a very tricky post job at a busy time at the weekend and they could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Will definitely use them going forwards. Excellent experience.

Terribly patronising female staff grey hair with glasses, talking to me as if I have hearing problems. It has happened for more than once, which makes me think that either I have been picked on, or she is like this with everyone else.
Shame that the rest of the team are very lovely, so I always try to avoid being served by her.

The service can vary in this post office - I usually find the best time is in the mornings for less queues - but I am not loyal to one post office for that reason as the service and queues can vary all over the place (I used to print off labels my self and use the hospital collection for parcels that could not go in a post box but as I no longer have that available I am stuck with being in the queues!) You can save time if you print labels and use the pricing in proportion service which is clear and have a good set of scales and a ruler - it can save time if you have several parcels

Rude old lady staff member with funny glasses on decided to close up early and play around on her mobile, not doing anything with the door securely locked and started shouting at me like I can't hear, when I told her Royal mail website says 3pm closing time. Unprofessional manner continued to ignore me. I wouldn't bother coming here! Lazy people who don't want to work!!

Great experience! Really helpful service! With all the Christmas madness all members of staff are still smiling and cheery even-though at times the line can go out the door they are really accommodating! They have opened all tills even the one in the back and started a drop and go service for the regular customers who have many parcels, which is really helpful to reduce queue times. Definitely will be returning, best post office I’ve ever been to! Great to see the new owners settling in so well!

I have read some of the reviews here but can only say they have the most knowledgeable, helpful, entertaining staff who treat their customers with kindness.
I look forward to always seeing Elaine and Andrew, and when I do, I always leave with a smile and a lighter step.
The way of the world is such that if one treats others with respect and kindness, the same is always returned….

I use Royal Mail click & collect so print my parcel labels off at home. I was passing so popped in to drop around 5 parcels off. Was served by an older lady who told me “people like me” are the reason the post office won’t be around in 10 years time! Incredibly rude and patronising. I spent thousands of pounds with Royal Mail each year for business purposes. Disgusting attitude - I have not returned since and make sure to use other post offices.

Always impeccable service, polite and always willing to help the customer to get the right service at the right price, its my go to post office when I'm in the area. 5 stars all day long.
