I have never experienced such rudeness in a Post Office in my life as I did when I visited this place! I've now been there twice and served by two different staff members. Both we're extremely rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. Maybe they are overworked, but if that's the case, take on more staff and stop moaning!

Went in to post a parcel I had bought postage for online. Owner had a go that he wasn't making anything out of the parcel so why should he take it?. Grumpy and arrogant man. I will drive to the next post office rather than deal with this again. Repeatedly bad attitude so I always use the off licence/local shop 2 doors down or the Post Office in the Old Village instead.

I really enjoy.my daily visits to this post office.the management and staff are so friendly and never have a problem getting my purchases every time I shop here.the shop is always clean and tidy and the shelves are well stocked.if you ask for an item that's not in stock the staff will order it for you

Want to say thank you for amazing service today to staff today, after bad experience at other drop off point today, gentlement who served me took my order straight away and was very helpfull. Thank you, keep doing this way, as customer service is perfect :)

Terrible service today as usually they’re ok but really need more staff in if they can’t handle running the post office and the shop around Christmas time when both are guaranteed to be busier than usual. There will be queues it will get busy, it’s not the customers fault! If you’re already serving them don’t then tell them to wait after having already waited to be served. I’m in no hurry to return after today’s treatment. It’s such a shame as under old management this never used to happen.

Always fantastic service and super friendly staff I usually use this shop multiple times per day and have not been disappointed yet the owner H is more then happy to go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service

Always happy to use this store the staff are always happy to help and provide great service I will continue to use this shop daily due to the service more then anything the new management have absolutely transformed the place

It is so much handier than going to the Bank Love it staff always friendly and great it is a Post Office near me
