Post & Packing Kings Hill

Packages that were sent recently to Ireland and America either did not arrive, arrived after a few weeks rather than the indicated few days or, in one case, ended up in Frankfurt Germany (customs). Never had this happen or have packages take 6 weeks for over seas. Switched to the neighbouring West Malling post office and had no further problems. Won't use this Kings Hill facility again!!

They make up their own prices. Went to send a FREE RETURN and they charged me a ‘handling fee’ of 25p. I advised the staff member at the time that I didn’t have any cash on me but he was adamant to take it via debit card. 25p?! Was it really worth it? Also sent a small parcel which they charged me £8 to send!! Sent the exact same sized parcel at a Post Office Branch and they only charged me £5! Stay away from here. Another customer lost.

Really poor Service. Dropped UPS parcel to be collected, after 2 weeks it is still there. Have sent parcel using their service via DPD, they charged me 3.5 times more than DPD online service. Will never use them again and won't recommend.

Such a convenient service on Kings Hill. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend using them if you don't already! Well done Post and Packing.

Service is always superb. I like the convenience of being able to drop off my eBay items that already have prepaid postage on. There is a small charge of .25p per envelope / package however .72p is charged by Royal Mail to collect the pre paid postage. The fuel used to take it to a Royal Mail Post Office including the parking makes this store a pleasure to support. Support local businesses!! Royal Mail Postage is expensive its not their fault.

Ordered concert tickets pre-covid, to be dropped off here. 18 months later when we attempt to pick our tickets up on a Saturday morning ( only 2 days notice to collect ) the place is still closed and blaming Covid. So we have £300 worth of tickets locked in their shop and cannot access in time for the concert.
Hopefully they will be happy to reimburse us as we had no idea they were not open as they used to be on Saturday.
I don’t recommend at all, use your Post Office and keep them open.

I've had nothing but excellent customer service over the past few years. Friendly and helpful staff and is much more convenient to use than driving to West Malling and having to find somewhere to park.
