Computer says no! Went in to return a couple of M&S parcels. Queued for 10 mins, asked for the service, showing the post office instructions page on my phone, and am told that I need to print the delivery note, and I can do that at the front of the shop. Thinking their printing machines are there I apologise for my nuisance and rush to print my label. Only to find no machine but the actual shop people having a printing service. Confused, I go back to the same colleague who isn’t able to help me as the PO does not offer the printing service stated on their website. When asked who can help me, I’m confronted with a blank stare of confusion. I’m passed over to another colleague who sends me away to Royal Mail who “will be able to help me!” Atrocious customer service!

The problem with this Post Office is that they take a dinner break when everyone else has their dinner break which is seriously poor business acumen. Many times I have seen queues of over 25 people looking fed up. Local workers can only go to the post office in their dinner break which is extremely frustrating when there's only 1 or 2 people serving at the 6 counters available. Not good enough. There is a second PO/shop counter that only sells shop items with a worker usually sitting doing nothing. Shop items seem to take precedence over mail if there is a queue. Many times I have seen the manager walking around the shop rearranging writing pads or 99p children's books shelves when there is a long queue of customers waiting to be served. Just because people don't complain it doesn't mean they are not happy. I had seen countless people walk out including myself. I now use a smaller PO for my business. Woodgrange Road Post office has extremely wrong headed management.

Came in to apply for my SIA badge, they took my picture with an ancient tablet and when asked to retake the picture (as this would be visible every time I'm on duty) the lady started moaning that if she tries to retake the picture the system might not let her upload and I would have to come back the following day. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT GO TO THEM TO APPLY FOR ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES YOUR PICTURE TAKEN.

Extremely rude non cooperative team.
Specifically PARDEEP, this is the 3rd time he charged extra by putting the wrong size. Check ur receipt after u post. He is a con, even after accepting his mistake he is not willing to help.
Disgusting behaviour, not going back there again. But they don't care losing a regular customer. Worst management ever.

Don’t come to this post office as they are thieves. I went to deposit £1750 this morning. The elderly Asian man worker with glasses took my money and dropped it. I counted my money twice before I went. He counted £1500 and stole £250 from me today. They robbed me blind. You can’t even get through to the manager! Disgusting behaviour.

Needed to print a document today the man at the printing til was very accommodating. He let me login with my email as my document was confidential. The first printing came out wrong but he helped print it again without making it a big deal. He let me take the first print that came out wrong so I could throw it away outside for privacy reasons. If I knew his name I would mention it here.
