Plaistow Road Post Office

Last Friday, i went to post a parcel to this post office. I was waiting less than 5mins , i was served and my parcel been posted. Outstanding service and i was so , impressed with quick and efficient service . I inquired about driving license , but i came out of the post office after applying for driving licence . It was quick , passport photo was taken quick in mins and job done . On right corner staff, was humble and did fantastic customer service . I live far from this post office , now on , i will go to this post office . The staff they not only serve they guide to the right service .

Being a regular customer myself, i disagree strongly with the negative reviews that have been posted. My personal experience with this post office has been nothing but delightful. I have little knowledge on sending and receiving parcels, but one of the workers (who goes by the name Duke I believe) has always broken it down for me. Even when i went last Thursday to put in £1400 into my bank account, he actually pointed out that I had handed him £1500 and handed me the remaining £100 back. I found this act very genuine and sincere and this personal experience evidently contradicts all the reviews about 'being scammed'. I am always served with a smile and the atmosphere at the post office is always positive despite the pandemic. I have seen I am extremely happy with the service provided at the post office and will definitely continue going there.

I went to post a letter to home office and ask the clerk of my options, he simply explained to me the difference between the normal and recorded and he is so kind Young man with sort hair looks so gentle and choose me the right service. I really like this office staff another customer asked the carrier bag and elastic band, simply handed over without any question. I wish to have all the post office in uk like it.

Me too I never seen bad post office like this one ..i live just by near and i know them
..they do every thing to take more money from customers...i wanted to send my old passport to HM and they forced me to send it by specials delivery .they asked me to pay more money..i didn't accept it i went to other post office and they asked me just to sign for it and i payed less... really bad people

The staff here are always friendly, but this is quite possibly the slowest operating post office in human existence.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rather then to use closed Post Office I am walking 10 min to this. Well done staff members.

Always cheerful and friendly and offer money-saving tips for parcels. They give forms to fill in at home to save time in the queue. Great service!
