The ATM always out of service

Visited this post office on 31st December new years eve, afternoon. The man with a beard at the front counter was VERY VERY slow and took a very long time serving one customer. He ignored the telephone which was continuously ringing for almost 10 mins! It was so annoying! The lady at the shop postoffice section came over and had to tell him to answer the phone. The lady at the back was very efficient and was clearing the queue fast. The quickest i have ever been served was by her ! . Thanks to you young lady i got to my appointment on time, great work, but other staff need customer service skills. Mixed bag of staff.I have been served by this man at the front counter previously when i came to withdraw money, he rudely told me to ‘PUT MY CARD IN’ no please or thank you.

Usually this post office is pretty good. But today I was cheated out of £2. I went there to change my €20 into pounds, the woman on the second counter, said the exchange rate was £16. When I arrive, I checked the exchange rate is actually £18! I would not advise anyone to exchanged any current at this post office.

Not giving proof of purchase, how do we claim when something goes missing! Which is a norm with Royal Mail!!

The worst service I have ever received, the girl working who is working does not know how to treat customers. Firstly train and help her to learn some basic manners and discipline.

Look at the reviews you guys are having, just remove her from the job and everything will be perfect. Don't forget that your business is running because of customers, if you can't treat the customers well you better close the business.

And to the girl on the counter - do the schooling again....education is really important.

Worst customer experience ever, the guy behind the main checkout is very arrogant. Very rude, unprofessional. Avoid him in there.

Literally the slowest service in the world. Particularly from the bearded man at the front. I wish I had an alternative location I could use. Avoid if you can

Visited this post office after a long time - the branch was busy but the staff were working hard, giving attention to each customer.
