Prince Regent Lane Post Office

I went to get my DBS form there; the lady denied my bank statement because it wasn’t posted bare in mind it was printed, she said she can’t do it, she almost cost me a job. Tell me why when I went to another post office it was fine. She just denied to read the document that said “ identity documents need to be original” she said my bank statement needed to be posted but as far as I’m concerned that’s not an identity document it’s a proof of address.

Local post office for myself as use it on a regular basis for mainly Post Office section and never fail to disappoint in what I need to do at the counter every visit . Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommended!!!

Would like to say how amazing the staff are and how helpful they are when i started shipping over 20-30 parcels aday no other post office would accept that many parcel but this post office would welcome all my parcels even if it was only for collection. I use the post office as the service is great. also they open up before the rest of the postoffice in the local area and i had some bad experiences in other post offices in the local area its worth traveling to for the great service they provide.
