You'd swear I asked for assistance to visit the moon - the reaction was comically bad. A woman (looked late 50s, died brown hair) gave a masterclass in woeful customer service. I'm not surprised the other single review makes comment to a very rude person here - this woman went out of her way to be a snot. Avoid.

Today my mum was travelling from Scotch corner to Scarborough in an emergency and had got a flat tyre. She had no phone, this lovely man from the post office who worked there let her use his business phone to phone family and then give her a number for the tyre company, which helped. A huge thank you to this man for bringing my mum home back safely thank you!! 🙏.

Horrid, attitude of woman in postoffice. Not the first time either, unfortunatley got the same service just before new-year. Same woman, maybe has a dislike for anyone not local. You remember that when you are staying away from home, hope you get treated the same. Plus, a face mask does no good dangling off your ear.
