A joke of a parcel shop that closes way too early with no regards to people's daily lives, I have work in the morning so how on earth will I be able to collect a parcel from the times that they're open? This also goes out to royal mail which Is by far the worst carrier service in the country. Every time they send my packages to this place when I clearly put send to neighbours if I'm not home, they could at least drop my parcel off to a much more local post office with more convenient closing hours, it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't been able to collect my package...ridiculous

I have used tjis place about 10 times and always found the staff great and very helpfull well done

Absolutely horrible service. Rude and unhelpful and definitely not kind. I was told there was no manager there to speak to and there was only one person one site to speak to. Was given a shrug when told I would complain about my treatment there. Customer service needs serious work.

worst ever..lost my parcel

Having been to this sorting office for 8 years I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I think a lot of the bad reviews here are about the street delivery. I've posted the most recent opening hours for reference as the previous one was out of date. Parking can be a bit of an issue but there are bays over the high street.

I've been waiting 13 days for my parcel, I asked for a redelivery in which they didn't redeliver the parcel. I went to the Post Office to ask for my parcel and I gave them my tracking number, they said that a few parcel were lost because the postman took them to Leyton instead of the one here. They took my phone number but I doubt they will call me back to redeliver

It is ok but what I'm most annoyed by is it's opening and closing times it closes far to early at 16:00 which is annoying because ma and my daughter neither have time available to go and collect it so we have to wait until Sunday.

WED 8AM TILL 12NOON.
I went to pick up a parcel..doesn't exist, told to contact customer services...
