Bilton Post Office

bumping the prices up this highly in a pandemic is disgusting and shocking. I always try to support the shop when I can but this is just pure evil. I understand supply in demand, but when a local community and the entire nation - and world! - need extra protection, prices should not be hiked up. I’m so disappointed.

Helpful staff. There is regularly a queue. Lots of Post Office services available here.

Said its open on the website and on the door, went there and it was closed there was many others who were there angry because they were in a hurry and needed their parcels and letters sent out !!

Generally pretty good service. Pleasant and polite. Only issue I have are the opening times. Displayed incorrectly outside on large board stating 6am open…this is wrong. Also wrong on Google. These need to get changed.

Sadly the lady who works there was very rude and had a bad attitude.
In addition to this I was over charged for a parcel that seems to have been lost by "Royal mail".
I would avoid if posable.
