Impossible to get in with a wheelchair, staff are willing to come to the door but I don't want to wait in the rain and perform business outdoors.

Dreadful attitude by the manager, confrontational and rude. The other staff are however lovely and deserve nothing but praise.

Went to post a parcel but the post office was closed. According to the staff it is normally open (as stated on the post office's main website) but just not today. No reason given and this wastes customer's time. I also agree with the other reviewers that the customer service could be improved.

Management are extremely rude, unhelpful and lack the minimum customer service skills. They will not inconvenience themselves to undertake services they claim to provide (for instance in spite of the retail counter displaying signage that certain Post Office Services can be accessed at said counter such as for buying stamps, paying in cash etc., they will not allow you to utilise this when the Post Office is open, even if the Post Office is extremely busy which it always is. Also, if you need to top up utilities, if there is a maximum for a transaction i.e. £49 per transaction for certain electricity companies, they WILL NOT allow you to top up more than one transaction whereas everywhere else I have tried has allowed me to top up as much as I liked, even if this meant several transactions).

The store as a whole is cramped, inaccessible for those with push chairs or wheelchairs and is around 75% drinks/alcohol.

The Post Office itself is constantly busy with very long queues owing to the fact there is only ever one person working on the counter and the hours that the Post Office is supposed to be open is rarely adhered to with them opening/closing as they please.

The stores only ‘saving grace’ is the younger male who works on the Post Office counter who, even though he is constantly busy and overwhelmed, he is always extremely helpful, friendly and polite.
