Very rude staff, and drinking alcohol while working! Saw the man have a drink between customers

This was my first visit to this post office and having read some negative reviews on here I wasn't sure what to expect. I don't post reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to. The two men working here were so friendly and were very helpful. I will definitely use this post office from now on. As for the people who have posted negative comments can I just point out that these men like myself are frontline key workers and certainly do not need all this negativity as they have a busy and sometimes stressful job to do while risking their health serving you. If you are not happy with the service than you need to go somewhere else!

The ladies that work there have been really rude to me many many times. It makes me uncomfortable. They aren't polite. They give dirty looks, they are patronising and mean. It's my closest post office so that's the only reason I go there but I'll be looking to go elsewhere soon.

I collect my items I order on line from this Post office and they're always Professional and efficient.
Never had an issue.

I've been using this post office since 1996 and have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient.

I live locally and I have known the post master for 20 years. In that time he has provided excellent post office services. He has never been rude to me and he has never shown any sign of incompetence. He always says 'hello' to all of his customers. He is friendly and cheerful all the time. He comes into work even when he is not feeling well because he does not want to disappoint his customers. I can honestly say with my hand on my heart that he is a genuinely nice guy and I cannot understand why some people are giving him negative feedback. Clearly, they are the ones with the attitude problem.

I do find the people that run this post office to be very rude. I often feel ignored and or the people behind the counter do not listen to what I'm asking for. Unfortunately it's my closest post office so I will have to continue to go there for now.
