Hasland Post Office

This is a brilliant post office with excellent staff. Always a good experience.

We had a query with an item that was sent from this Post Office. We spoke with Michelle who was incredibly helpful, investigating our query at speed with total efficency. We received a follow up call today with further clarification. A wonderful example of total professionalism.

Purpose built and relatively new this post office would most definitely benefit from having more counter staff available at peak times. Queuing at this establishment is pretty much a given thing.

We have been using Hasland post office for nearly 8 years now. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Always going that extra mile. Thank you Michelle, Kat, Sue & Joanne for helping us with our postal needs at Pink Frog Crafts everyday 😁

They will go out of their way to assist you with any pricing request and advise best options available.

The ladies at Hasland post office are always friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. I regularly send items, bank money and (pre-covid) ordered currency from here at least twice a year.

Extremely rude member of staff. No acknowledgement. Perhaps not suited for a public facing job. Other members of staff are all lovely.
