I went in to get a passport photo at the booth. The few instructions on the outside of the booth were in English, but when I inserted the first coin I was surprised to find that all the instructions were in French! I saw no warning about the instructions being in a foreign language, and they don't do refunds. If you don't read and speak French, you may want to use a different photo booth.

There were also instructions to sanitise your hands before and after using the booth, but no sanitiser was provided.

Will never use this Post Office again. Rude staff who are there for only their own benefit and not interested in the customers. Rushed and unfriendly.

Went for passport application. Lady who served me was very helpful friendly & efficient she did all including photos. Excellent service

Went to renew driving licence apart from a return of my good morning greeting no please or thank you was present very rude lady who needs to look for a job she may like ! Customer skills non existent!

Went there last Tuesday and I had the Indian lady who catered me. I don't know if that's just her personality. but she don't smile at all. It was too busy that day and I don't think that will be the reason for her attitude. I felt embarrassed as she was talking to me since her voice was too loud that the other customer in the back can hear what she says because I came into the counter many times since I paid online at the royal mail app because I thought that it will be easier and she says that the branch don't usually entertain that kind of stuff, even the printing of the label she told me that they don't do that there which I think that is still acceptable. Lucky I already printed label at home just in case and told me again that they don't scan the barcode. But I was too eager that she should try it and then it suddenly worked, she is also shocked that time. Also, when I was waiting for her to call me again, the indian lady and the other lady is talking and thought that I did not hear it, but I heard the other lady asked the indian lady of what is my concern and then the indian lady answered that I paid online and then I took a bag from them, which I think is not right as they were talking in front of all the other customers. Like, she could just tell me if I needed to pay the bag because I don't mind at all and not like telling the others. Feel so really embarrassed that day. Hope you'll get action with this.

Excellent, young woman behind counter super helpful with car tax especially as it was right before closing but took the time and care to help me. Other lady as well very helpful. Clean well kept and great customer service!

The long eaton post office has gone down hill rapidly, I find the staff very unhelpful and rude.
Considering the elderly use their services more than young their really don't deserve the business.
Sawley Post Office are so lovely they get my vote.
