Old Coulsdon Post Office

Good post office, very efficient customer service. Only gave 4 stars as male owner hanging around near the door with no mask and not social distancing!

Worst post office I’ve ever used. Opening hours listed are wrong, often closed for no reason.

I came in with 20 parcels to send and i was refused assistance as apparently the post office shuts at 5:30 when it clearly says 6pm on here. I didnt get help to open the door or anything.

Arrived at 5:50pm to post an item but was told by the cashier very bluntly and rudely it was closed even though she was still sitting there and could’ve taken the parcel. It says they’re open till 6 pm, very unhelpful.

Post office not open despite me visiting during the hours stated on Google maps as open. Second post office in the day I went to, first one (old lodge lane) had a broken system.

Absolutely terrible. Counter staff are so agressive and unhelpful. Don't bother using this location unless you're happy to have your fingers snapped off in the drawer by the unhinged woman who works here. Tried to explain I'm hard of hearing and needed some information repeated (extra difficult with a mask) and was shouted at for asking for clarification. Staff obviously care very little about customers in general but seem to care even less towards those with extra needs.

Absolutely the worst experience of a shop I've ever encountered. I've used this shop a few times and the staff are unfriendly and rude. They refuse to answer simple questions about product and they don't even look up to engage. This needs a wholesale change of management/staff and likely ownership as I will never use them again or recommend to anyone. Simply awful!

Never open when it says it should be. Numerous times I’ve driven up to post something and it’s been shut. When I’ve enquired, I was told it was quiet so they went home. In that case, please change your opening hours rather than waste people’s time.
