Cundy Road Post Office

Visited for the first time during lockdown a few weeks ago. They were being mindful of restrictions and had someone helping to manage the short queue (with everyone spaced out appropriately ) he was chatting to the regular customers and clearly had a good relationship with them.

However last night and today I visited on what are their listed open hours to post some urgent items and both times it has been closed (hours state 7-7 and I visited at 5:30pm and then the next day at 8:30am) it would be helpful if they just updated their temporary hours here if different over the course of the pandemic as they are still showing as open for business

If I can put below 0 stars I would. Really rude staff. They should close this post office. The old man before was nicer but this younger guy feels he knows better than most. You work in customer service you should polish your act. I have been to so many post offices and never have I met such a rude, unhappy, miserable person in my life. Disgusting really. You should find another job, a job that doesn't deal with customers because you have really awful manners. Poor customer service, poor communication skills, really poor place to be. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

refused to accept my correctly bagged £2 coins and told me to take it to the bank stating they had too many coins - so much for your friendly ''local'' branch. rude and arrogant old man (the son is actually really nice and helpfull)

Always a good experience here when I come to post my parcels, Uncle is a very nice guy never rude or obnoxious, invites the occasional conversation here and there, overall a good post office

Use candy road post office most weeks great service and the two gentleman there are always polite to me

The post office counter is running on one staff which is why most of time there are 10 min ques while the lady at food and drinks counter just sits and watches and they re at the same desk!

The staff at this post office is very rude to me and other people. It is not good they have to be more respectful when they give service people.

This post office isn't great with its food stock. I bought jelly and it went out of date November 2021! Right now it's December 2022. Un acceptable. If you need essentials, go elsewhere and not here
