Tattenham Corner Post Office

Brilliant service from a business that cares about their customers. It is always a pleasure being served by real people that are friendly.

The manager running this store treated me with the utmost disrespect. She showed no dignity in how she behaved and tried to shame me in front of other people. Unnecessarily rude and damn right arrogant. I've never been in there before but co-op is currently being refurbished so tried it. Safe to say I won't grace such a vile person or convenience store with my presence again.

Usually a wait but great friendly service. Parking nearby is free which helps for collecting parcels.

Went there to use the post office.
I was the only customer at the time. I had to wait to be served. The lady who came to serve me was annoyed that I came to use the post office service and she wasn't welcoming at all.
She was called Irma. She was very rude, cold, unprofessional and not very helpful at all. She didn't listen what I ask and just ignore what i was saying. She try to argue with me all the time. She should be ashamed. Very poor service.
If I could score 0 star I would.

Went to post a birthday parcel today, the young man at the till was very helpful, answered all my questions. Pleasantly surprised to find that post office is open until 8pm. I really appreciate being able to send post in these times!

So thankful and grateful to have a local post office especially in these difficult times. Thank you all for your service.

The staff at this post office are friendly except for one of the ladies who is usually unfriendly and curt.

I do not understand how come she’s working in this place extremely rude attitude very unprofessional it looks like they force her to work for free I prefer to drive 2,3 miles extra but not seeing her face I wish I could give them 0 star 👎👎👎👎👎👎
