Norwood Post Office

Worst post office in the whole of the UK. So rude and unhelpful. Wont print parcel labels without an extortionate charge, wont scan QR or barcodes without a charge, wont stick on labels without a charge. Avoid this post office. Also, its not a WH Smith. Everything in there is over priced.

Always had a positive experience in this post office. Staff are happy and willing to help and offer advice

Avoid

Extremely rude staff. Especially the short, bald Asian man that claimed to be the manager. Extremely poor service!! I only wish it was possible to give zero or negative stars as one star is too much.

Almost refuse to offer the cheapest postage option and will make you pay for tracked or 24 hour

Whenever I’ve gone I’ve had great service and the staff have been lovely and very helpful.
