Royal Mail Reigate Delivery Office

The people who work there have always been polite but the opening times has recently turned even more ridiculous! 7am-9am?!?! Literally if you blink too long it’s closed.

The sorting office used to be open from 7 am to 2 pm. I rock up today and find that it’s now only open from 8 am to 10 am. How on earth is that acceptable - it’s not even printed on the delivery card! Absolute waste of space

Awful. I was given a delivery slip with completely the wrong opening hours so made a wasted trip. I essentially can’t collect my item as I will never be able to make it the 2 hours a day it is open. Combined with aggressive messages saying they may choose to close 30minutes before the actual time! And no official parking (with further aggressive signs to reinforce this.)

Nothing wrong with the staff who are always polite, just that the place is not serving the public if they open and close from 08:00 to 10:00 every day and 12:00 (gasp) on a Saturday! What's that all about? Useless service from the Post Office, (though it could be the union stopping longer opening hours I guess). It's 2017!!! All the convenience of deliveries from online shopping totally wiped out by not being able to pop round after work to pick the stuff up after the delivery person pops that dreaded card through your door because you are at work.

How is it acceptable for a sorting office to be open for 2 hours a day during the week only? On what planet do these people live on? Just send the packages 5 mins down the road to the Redhill office?!

Five days since we last had a delivery although we know we have mail due every day. Office open two hours a day as only a virtual monopoly can get away with. Sixty minutes minimum wait to phone in a complaint so I have to assume only a tiny percentage of those wishing to complain are actually hanging on. How can this service be allowed to exist. Not even worth the one star.

What helpful opening hours you have! The sooner the Royal Mail goes out of business the better, how hard would it be to have a ‘normal hours’ office like 9 - 6 or something. Not hard at all!
