Mile End Post Office

What a great team of staff that work here! Always friendly, helpful and happy to give me recommendations to speed up my business. Took me through how to set up Drop and Go which has completely revolutionised my business efficiency and saved us both some time!

And to top it off I was surprised with a lovely Christmas gift and card when I returned after the Xmas break. Such a thoughtful gesture. Top team!

Got charged £6.85 for sending a letter even though I asked the guy how much it would be, he ignored me and stuck the label on and I only got to know the price when it came on the card machine.. something strange happening here as it seems like I wasn’t the only one that this happened to.

Also, please review the kind of stuff you guys are selling, a Twerking game for kids?? Really??

this guy right here,harrassed and made my wife feel uncomfortable.she said to him to keep the comments for himself and to just serve her like a costumer she is. HE kept staring at her like a weirdo.Store manager should check this up.hes not there to do those weird things.hes there to serve costumers.
The store manager should take this in notice and have a chat with him,if not.i have no problem coming myself to confront him.

It was Saturday 08.10.2022. I was desperate to send a valuable document via post office. I live near Commercial Road in East London. All post offices near me were closed. I searched Google by ‘Post Office near me’. It showed me that Stepney Green Post Office is open but when I went there I saw it was closed. I don’t know who put that information on the Google Page.

However, I then chose the second option which is Mile End Post office but it showed me in the map that it would take 20/25 minutes to go there by walk from Stepney Green to Mile End Post Office and it’s almost closing time there. As my time was very short in my hand so I almost ran. I didn’t realise that I could make it. Whenever I reached there, I first thanked the gentleman on the counter to keep it open for us.

I promised to him that I would write the honest comment about them. Yes, the service I got there was absolutely brilliant and the gentleman who served me, he gave a visiting card writing his name on. Unfortunately, I can’t read his hand writing (Sorry!). Hopefully, I will go again there and write his name by my own hand.

I will recommend everyone to go there on Saturday if you look for any post office which is open on Saturday. I know we all are busy with the other days and most of the post offices are closed on Saturday. So if you live in these area, please go there. You will not be disappointed. A ‘Big Thank You’ to the Mile End Post Office authority to keep your post office open for us on Saturday. God bless.

Ever since the new owners took over it has been great. Quick, helpful and efficient and service and the post office shop has lots of stationary and travel/home accessories and useful things.

The customer service is exceptional! Mauz Hukim is always so friendly and helpful. I have been going there for years now and everyone still manages to be so kind all the time.

We needed to post a document to the U S. Shahbaz at the counter was most helpful in selecting a mailer and posting it for us. He also took care of our trip postcards! We always find this P O friendly and helpful.

Outstanding service from Mile End Post Office. I run a business that dispatches lots of parcels at Christmas time. This year, Royal Mail strikes posed a huge threat to our business getting deliveries out on time - we were recommended Mile End Post Office as a delivery partner and they were brilliant.
