London Road Post Office

Frequently used this post office and became very friendly with the staff, all 3 that I’ve spoken with that work there were very nice to me and always helped when I needed it. My only quarrel is the opening times as sometimes it was late

The employees are clowns and this post office is their circus.

Expect them you short change you and count your change in front of them.

Worst post office in the UK. If I could give zero star I would. Staff don't know how to talk to customers, very rude. Not helpful at all when asking for advice.

Rude staff, unpleasant experience. Why do you have a phone number displayed if customers can’t call you? We all work in busy settings. If you can’t take calls, don’t display a public number.

Very odd opening times,why bother to open in the weekend if it’s only for 2 hours. Clearly lm not the only one with a issue with this post office.

I’m only giving it 1 because I can’t give it a zero! This post office is dreadful. They will try to conduct the transaction with either no communication and eye contact at all or be intrusive. I simply went there because it was convenient for the time I had . Try using the post office in Evington road and at Peters road. The staff are so much more pleasant and able to help you if you need it . This place is dark and dirty and oppressive . I have never been in there and felt comfortable 😳

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am amazed by how they are still open with the disrespectful way the staff talk to their customers and by looking at previous reviews this seems to have been happening for years.

To shout in customers faces saying they don't know how the system works is unacceptable. If they had a better organisation system than quickly scribbling your name into a notepad and having parcels all over the shop than they would be able to find the parcels which they have lost 10 days prior.

Avoid at all costs.

If the staffs think the package has the issue related with weight by eBay which automatically generated the label, then it should be rejected with reliable reason.
In fact they've been accepted multiple times of my eBay packages three months ago with no problems while this time you guys rejected with such funny explanations of weightings without apologising your guys' fault months ago and wants to interrupt my questions of that careless for times while Central office successfully accepted.
No wonder this such disaster service would be rated less than 2 out of 5.
